Lace camis (or camisoles) are, or should be, a treasured element of any curvy clothing wardrobe. Lace camis for big boobs work really well.

They have a variety of wonderful uses and are normally reasonably priced but there is also a cheaper solution, discussed below. In this article I: provide a definition; look at the classic black and white options; look at lace trimmed versions; discuss necklines, the best fit and other uses for them. |
Often beautiful in their own rights, the pretty lace can really add a classy touch to a relatively plain top.
I use a lot of pictures from Amazon to demonstrate various cami styles. Primarily because of the variety available but also because they do not mind me using their pictures.
Lace is sometimes described as open work fabric. It is traditionally made by hand but for such simple garments as those shown on this page, it is usually machine made to keep the price down.

The camisole was originally made from silk or linen but now is more commonly made from cotton. If you see a lace cami with a higher than normal price, it will almost certainly be made of a better material, have more lace content and / or have more intricate patterns. |
So why lace, why not silk, satin or plain cotton? Well simply because they usually provide attractive pretty patterns.
Many tops or jackets are plain patterns, prints or weaves and the addition of simple lace camis for big boobs can provide a bit of texture, a splash of colour and or a pretty design without being ostentatious.
They also possess that wonderful quality, refinement. This means that they have become a very simple and reasonably priced means of adding a touch of class to your outfit, in a very understated way.

Since a plain white lace camisole is probably the most common requirement in a curvy clothing, or indeed any woman's wardrobe, who understands the value of this simple garment. These modest garments are a one of the cheapest and yet under-rated tops for women.
However it is patterned and so by contrast I present another plain white (or ivory) version. It is not lace all over, just around the neckline. I found both on Amazon.com.

Of course the other colour which is most sought out is black. Simply because black and white are most easily matched with the other colours of the top or jacket you might be wearing. Or if you wish to wear it alone on top, these two colours can most easily be worn with a skirt, trousers or pants.
Interestingly the example above left is described as a magisculpt because it involves a stretchy 'control' element. Those white marks on the stomach are, on closer examination, arrows not some decoration as I first assumed.

Another very attractive option are lace tunics. Actually the undergarment is technically the cami but these lace tunics are normally classified as camisoles too. It is usually the tunic top which is lace and not the under slip but let's not be too picky.
Whilst one can find camisoles that are almost all lace. It is more common and certainly a cheaper solution to find 'plain' camisoles which are lace trimmed.
Are these technically lace camis? The retailers certainly think so and market them as such. Remember, the patterned element will most likely 'stand out', so you can get that classy lace benefit without the higher cost of a garment which is almost completely lace.

Lace trimmed camisoles are decidedly cheaper and may suit your needs perfectly. As you can imagine, there is just as much choice of brands and colours.
The lace trim is usually at the top but can occasionally be at the bottom (see below), or both.
There are a variety of different necklines available. You can go for diamond necks (below left), or square necks (below right).

Or the more traditional round neck or V neck styles. It is usually dictated by what you are wearing beneath it. I found all four of these examples on Amazon. It just shows that lace camisoles for big busts can suit all tastes and go with most dress styles too.

As you will find there are a variety of colours but the most common are plain black or white camis, as these two colours can be coordinated with almost anything. However if you like to be colour coordinated you can buy almost any colour.
Should it be tight? It is easy to think that since lace camis for big boobs, are worn underneath the top they should be tight but this can be counter productive. You certainly do not want it skin tight it is best when it is a snug fit.
You really do not need to worry about it creating extra bulk as many lace camis are usually gossamer thin and make almost no discernible difference to your overall bulk. Alternatively you can opt for cotton versions in the colder weather.

Normally the lace camisole has spaghetti, or thin, straps but it can have a wide strap. Sometimes these are adjustable which is helpful but the adjusters might create a (albeit small) lump under your top, so watch out for that.
I have been primarily describing it as top to be worn beneath another garment but versatile lace camis can be worn in other ways. It can be used as a party top. It also can form part of a sexy pairing with either long or short bottoms.
A camisole can be worn beneath a jacket, like a blouse, or worn in isolation over either a skirt or pants / trousers. In recent years it is been seen more and more on the catwalks in isolation but what might suit a paper thin model, may not look so good on a busty lass.
That said normally these wonderful lace 'flimsies' suit all women, of all ages, creeds and sizes.
Of course many 'sexy' bedroom outfits involve a lace cami top with either long pants / trouser or shorts, depending on you, your climate or age.

The above two lace trimmed camisoles are from the large cup bra brand Freya. Obviously I am always interested in any products produced by companies that specialise in big boobs. Both of these two styles come in a choice of cup sizes: B-DD, E-G for the hidden bust support element.
The very fact that these big bra specialists are selling lace camis for big boobs, in itself demonstrates how important these garments are.
I am sure you probably were already aware of the value of these wonderfully cheap and simple garments but it is always worth repeating, if not to merely remind ourselves what an excellent addition to the curvy clothing wardrobe they are.
You have a choice:
Did you like this page, did you learn something, maybe it reinforced you own views? I want to give as much (hopefully helpful) advice to the busty sisterhood as I can.
Please remember, we are all different. You may like to wear certain clothes and styles which I am suggesting that you should not. That is your absolute right. Do what makes you feel good. This site undeniably goes for the more modest approach because I feel all busty ladies already know how to be more racy if they wish.
It would really help me improve the site profile if you would click the Facebook 'Like' button. Pretty please! Susan
This picture shows a senior British politician in Parliament. It demonstrates how camis can be used for even formal occasions.
Wise old heads always say that the best pleasures in life are the simplest. Well with the lace camisole they are absolutely right. It really is one of those tops for women which should feature in every wardrobe.
I know this is a page about lace camis for big boobs but I thought it would be useful to provide an alternative.
I generally find women other love or hate 'bodies' but at least it is a viable alternative for some instead of lace camis for big boobs.
Above is a slip, or what we used to call petticoat, with lace cups. Not a camisole but often a prefect solution under certain dresses, particularly for a little extra warmth.
This may well be outside the price range of many but the above is a top quality Cornelli lace camisole. It also comes in a soft purple colour.
I just wanted to show it as an example of what is available.
If you are particularly interested in fashion; clothes for big breasts; or simply have a top heavy friend that you know might appreciate the site; please help me reach others by tweeting or sharing through any social media you use.
Nothing helps a site like this more than 'normal' people (not clever marketeers) simply sharing a page or two.
