The Best Swimming Costumes For Big Busts

The range of swimming costumes for big busts is now thankfully huge. Here we explore halternecks, strapless, asymmetric swimming costumes. Because there is now so much choice I am only concentrating on specialist large cup bra brands.

Why? because it is incredibly annoying for many busty women to shop in 'normal' online shops, find something you like and then discover they only sell it in limited cup sizes. Also because brands that specialise in large cup swimsuits know how to engineer the necessary support.

Strapless Swimming Costumes
for Big Boobs

Fabulous for those of you who hate strap lines and are more likely to be spending their time relaxing than indulging in strenuous swimming. Now I would always urge caution when considering strapless tops but the ones shown are made by specialist large cup bra brands so they know a thing or two about support.

The Curvy Kate Siren is fabulous for slender back sizes. It will cheer up many slender but busty women as it goes up to a 28J. Sizing which is still depressingly rare.

It is also uncommonly strapless, with clever use of panels to help control and shape. There are pretty side ties and underwiring to boost bust support.   The Siren was Curvy Kate's first swimming costume for big busts and only debuted in July 2015. Starting at a far from modest 28-30DD-J, 32D-HH, 34D-GG, 36D-FF.

The Fantasie Aveiro is another of the rare bandeau top swimsuits for big boobs. With a cobalt tile print and a contrasting terracotta border. It extremely versatile with straps that can be added for a traditional over the shoulder, halter neck or cross back look. Sizes run 32-40D-G.

The Panache Santorini bandeau swimsuit is black with a classy paisley print embroidered front panel which draws the eye down. Sized 30-38D-G.

The San Francisco from Fantasie is a coral coloured halterneck style. It has a back fastening and a rear cut away (see right hand column). It comes in UK sizes 32-40D-G.

Asymmetrical Swimsuits

Asymmetrical necklines are useful because they draw the eye away from the obvious cleavage area. They also have the advantage of a little more support than a strapless top.

The Calabria range also includes these unusual asymmetric swimming costumes for big busts. Unfortunately they are limited to sizes 32-38D-FF and do not forget that beach kaftan! (see right hand column).

The classic black asymmetrical Freya cossie is from the freya Remix range. In sizes 30-38C-F (UK). It has an adjustable shoulder strap, lightly foamed cups and a frilled edging to add a little interest.

Halterneck Swimming Costumes
for Big Busted Women

Why halternecks? The logic is that the eye is drawn to all that bare flesh on your shoulders which makes the eye see it as bigger. That means it can make shoulders balance big hips and create the illusion, or highlight, an hourglass shape. A word of caution for ladies with wide shoulders.

The Pier halterneck style swimsuit has wonderful polka dots a revealing deep, frilled V neck but it is limited in sizing to 32-36 D-FF.

Another variation of swimming costumes for big busts in the Freya Remix collection. The high neckline provides almost complete modesty and the cut away a little fun interest. It has foam cups for shaping and a concealed under-wiring for more support. The sizes run, 30-38C-FF.

For those of you who genuinely like to swim actively. The high neckline is very efficient in the water and there is little chance of boob spillage or a need to constantly tug up the neckline.

The Freya Active range deserves a special mention because it has been around some while and hence Freya have mastered the material technology. That may explain why they offer such an extensive size (UK) range of 30-40 usually C-H.

Freya actually do five styles currently, I merely show the Freestyle coral kick (left) and Zoom titanium (right)as the sleek look, sizing, styling and cut is similar throughout, it is primarily the colours that change.

Did you like this page, did you learn something, maybe it reinforced you own views? I want to give as much (hopefully helpful) advice to the busty sisterhood as I can.

Please remember, we are all different. You may like to wear certain clothes and styles which I am suggesting that you should not. That is your absolute right. Do what makes you feel good. This site undeniably goes for the more modest approach because I feel all busty ladies already know how to be more racy if they wish.

It would really help me improve the site profile if you would click the Facebook 'Like' button. Pretty please! Susan

It is always worth checking out the rear views. You will note that a lot of these swimming costumes for big boobs have cut aways.

This is primarily because they have often have internal bralettes with a band that requires a fastening.

Adjustable straps are a real bonus.
